Within the Sales Division, reporting to a sales manager, the Catering Trade Sales (cafés, hotels, restaurants) sector manager contributes to promoting and selling Pernod's leading brands via the organisation and execution of regional and national operations and events. The "Off-Premise Sales" (Retail distribution) sector manager is responsible for implementation of the sales policy with the stores in his or her sector. Training required: 2 years' higher education (Sales force / Sales operations diploma or similar).
Within the Marketing Division, reporting to a group manager, the product manager recommends the objectives, strategy and the short /medium term action plan for the brands within his or her responsibility. He or she is responsible for the implementation, monitoring and measurement of results of the action plans for these brands. Training required: 5 years' higher education (Business schools, etc.). The promotion or events project manager develops operations and has operational responsibility for the promotional process or event organisation for the brands within his or her responsibility. Training required: 5 years' higher education (Business schools, etc.).
